Terms and delivery

Before purchasing products from Pick&Pack please read our Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order on pick&pack you agree and accept our Terms and Conditions. We may modify our Terms and Conditions from time to time.

By placing an order you enter an agreement with us and accept our terms and conditions. The use of this website or any purchase in our online store shall be governed by Swedish law.

The personal information that you forward to Pick&pack will only be used by Pick&pack, We will not forward any personal information to a third part or use your personal details without your consent.

Cookies

Pick&pack use cookies. We use cookies to allow us to track you visist on our site. A cookie is a text file that a web server places on your hard drive. A cookie is unique to you. You may choose whether to accept or decline cookies. If you choose to allow your computer to accept cookies, you can be automatically logged into the website and this will speed up the checkout process. If you choose to disable cookies you may not be able use all services in our online store.

Delivery

All items sold by us in our online store are dispatched from Sweden. Delivery is free within the Scandinavian countries. Delivery rates for European countries are 10 euro. All prices in our online store exclude shipping fees. They will be shown at your check out.

Pick&Pack will not be responsible for any local charges. Pick&pack will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as result of us breaching these conditions.

We dispatch all orders within 2-4 days (Monday – Friday) with exceptions of sale and peak periods. Parcels in Sweden are shipped in cooperation with Schenker. And will be distributed through your local postal office/agent. Parcels outside Sweden are shipped in cooperation with UPS.

Uncollected packages will be charged 100 sek or EURO 10.

Wrong or damaged/faulty product

If you receive wrong product or damaged product please get in contact with us at info@pickopack.se

Items that has been used and that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be a faulty product. But we will always be helpful by sending spare parts. If the product has a manufacturing default we will always help you repairing it or send a new. If the product is no longer in stock we will refund you. If any questions you can always contact us at info@pickopack.se.

Returns

As a customer within EU you have the right to cancel you order within 14 days after the day of delivery of the goods. You can return it to our warehouse but we will charge you a return fee of 100 sek or EUR 10. All products must be unused and undamaged with all labels intact.

As a customer outside EU you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after the day of delivery of the goods. We will only refund you if the goods are returned in original condition, unopened with any seals intact. All returns will be inspected.

Please note that if you require a different product you will need to place a new order. The refund from the return shipment will not be adjusted with new order. Please always let us know full return details:

– Your full name and collection address with zipcode
– Order no. and full style no. you want to return

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect Personal Information about users of the Site in the normal course of business. Personal Information is information you provide that identifies you or that could be used to identify you. If the information collected is linked to personally identifiable information, we treat it as Personal Information, but generally this data is only used in the aggregate form.

For international shipments, some destinations require us to collect special import identification numbers prior to check out. This information is required to process your order through customs and deliver your order, and is used only for that purpose.

We collect information you voluntarily submit when participating in one of our various services, promotions, programs or surveys. From your transactions and other interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific products or services you purchase or use.

We also receive information about you from other companies, including, but not limited to information on your creditworthiness for branded private label credit card offers and products you may be interested in purchasing.
